General Information

Artwork: We accept vector PC-based file formats of Encapsulated PostScript (.eps) or Illustrator (.ai). Artwork may be emailed to artwork@jacmemory.com

Changes: All change orders must be made in writing and prior to production. Changes made during production will incur material, unit, and time charges for work in process.

Cancellation: Custom orders may not be cancelled once accepted or production begins. Cancellation fees are $50.00 Net & 25% of order.

Data Preload: Data preload setup is $50.00 (v). Unit load charge is $0.90 (s). Minimum order quantities may apply. Contact us for details on our data loading services.

Imprinting: Prices include a one color, one location imprint. Setup & re-order setup charges are $45.00 (v). Colors will vary slightly depending on the inks, surface color, and product texture. We offer PMS color matching. PMS color match is $45.00 Net, per color. PMS matching is a manual process, therefore all color matches are a close approximation. Exact matches can not be guaranteed because of underlying product colors. Additional colors and locations carry a $45.00 (v) setup charge and $0.36 (s) unit run charge per color and per location. Engraving setup charge $50.00 Net, second run charge $0.50 each Net. Personalization charge $2.00 each Net.

International Shipments: JAC will not be responsible for delays resulting from shipments. Though we allow for customs inspections and clearance on our quoted lead times, delays do sometimes occur.

Pricing: All pricing is subject to change without notice, prior to orders being placed and accepted by JAC. If JAC pricing lowers prior to order shipment, JAC will invoice for the lower price.

Terms: 25% upon acceptance of PO, 75% prior to shipping.

Production Time: Standard production time is 3 to 5 business days after art & order approval for in-stock products in our USA facilities. A $50.00 Net rush charge will apply, if shipping is required prior to 3 business days. BTO orders are 7 to 10 business days. Please allow extra time for orders shipping from OCONUS facilities.

Product Samples: Samples do not include imprinting. Sample orders are billed at quantity prices. Credit for samples will be given if returned within fourteen days after receipt.

Returns: All returns require prior authorization and are subject to a fifteen percent restocking fee. Imprinted items are non-returnable.

Shipping: All products ship FOB, Fremont, CA. USA via UPS Ground, unless otherwise designated. All shipments are required to carry insurance. If insured by other than the carrier, a copy of the certificate of business shipment insurance is required.

Shipping Damage or Delays: JAC is not responsible for damage or delays arising during shipment. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
